2/12/2020 Public Hearing & Regular Council Meeting




Pursuant to I.C. 50-1807, that the Mayor and the Council of The City of Hazelton, County of Jerome, Idaho hereby estimate that $24,720.00 are the necessary funds for the expense of maintaining, operating, improving, and extending and enlarging the City irrigation system for the current fiscal year. The City Treasurer is directed to immediately carry out said assessment roll and further give notice that the Mayor and City Council shall meet the 12th day of February 2020 at 6:45 PM to correct the assessment roll. The hearing will be held at the City Hall building, located at 246 Main Street, Hazelton, Idaho. The public is invited to provide testimonies concerning the Irrigation Assessment. Copies of the Irrigation Assessment are available at City Hall during regular office hours, which are Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone desiring accommodations for disabilities, please contact the City Clerk at 208-829-5415 at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
