NOTICE OF ASSESSMENTS FOR HAZELTON IRRIGATION SYSTEM
Pursuant to Section 50-1814, Idaho Code, notice is hereby given that assessments for the Hazelton Municipal Irrigation System are due and payable on or before the 1st day of April 2021.
Said Payments may be made between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., excepting Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, at the office of the City Clerk, 246 Main Street, Hazelton, Idaho. The assessment roll for the Hazelton Municipal Irrigation System is held in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.

The Hazelton City Council will hold a SPECIAL MEETING TO GO OVER SOME ITEMS THAT CAME ABOUT AFTER THE REGULAR CITY HALL MEETING LAST WEEK, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23RD, 2021 AT 4:00 PM. AT 246 Main Street, Hazelton, ID. The public is encouraged to attend. If you would like to attend this SPECIAL MEETING, please notify the City Clerk at least 30 minutes prior to the meeting. The public is encouraged to attend and present any verbal or written comments they might have. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. NOTICE OF THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to I.C. 50-1807, that the Mayor and the Council of The City of Hazelton, County of Jerome, Idaho hereby estimate that $25,528.74 are the necessary funds for the expense of maintaining, operating, improving, and extending and enlarging the City irrigation system for the current fiscal year. The City Treasurer is directed to immediately carry out said assessment roll and further give notice that the Mayor and City Council shall meet the 10th day of February 2021 at 5:45 PM to correct the assessment roll. The hearing will be held at the City Hall building, located at 246 Main Street, Hazelton, Idaho. The public is invited to provide testimonies concerning the Irrigation Assessment. Copies of the Irrigation Assessment are available at City Hall during regular office hours, which are Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. Hazelton City Hall is located at 246 Main St., Hazelton, Idaho. Hazelton City Hall and Council Chambers are accessible for persons with disabilities.
